Retirement Plan

The value of a retirement plan is more important now than ever before. AFC employees may contribute, on a pre-tax basis, to the company’s 401K plan which is administered through Mass Mutual.   AFC will match your contributions dollar for dollar, up to 3% of your salary, plus another $.50 on the dollar up to 5% as a part of the safe harbor provision.

Medical Coverage

In times of great uncertainty with healthcare, Applied Fundamentals is committed to continuing to provide a strong, heavily subsidized, and flexible package. Coverage is provided through United HealthCare with a nationwide network and two available plan options to choose from, including an Health Savings Account that AFC also contributes to, in addition to funding the bulk of the premiums associated with your plan election.  Plans also include prescription drug coverage.
